The SEISA Group and its member organizations (hereinafter referred to as “This Group”), as a public benefit association, acknowledge the importance of securing personal information. This Group shall comply with laws and rules including “Act on the Protection of Personal Information,” take necessary actions to manage, use, and protect the personal information.
1. Collection and Use of Data
This Group websites shall not collect the personal information of its visitors. The personal information are collected only via either web-form or e-mail application for “Document Request / Contact Us” and ”Event Participation". Collected personal information are the followings; “Full Name” “Mailing Address” “Name of School” “E-mail Address.” The personal information collected at the each application shall be used to deliver requested documents, to answer question(s) received in “Contact Us”, to send beneficial information from This Group and its member organizations. This Group shall not use the personal information for any other purposes.
2. Management of Collected Data
The personal information collected by This Group shall be strictly stored, set a safety measure to prevent unauthorized access, data breach, modification, and misuse. This Group shall provide trainings for employees in order to manage personal information securely and properly.
3. Disclosure of Data
The personal information obtained through web-forms and e-mails on This Group websites shall be neither disclosed nor provided to any third party without permission, excluding the case when order is given according to the laws by a judicial or administrative body and there is a legal obligation to follow the order, or when This Group confirmed an agreement from the individual concerned.
